Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Plant Collector app ("App"), operated by Saffron de la Rouviere ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

The App is intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use to build your own plant catalogue.

2. Account and Data

We may offer features that require creating an account or storing user data (locally or through iCloud). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information.

3. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases, and Lifetime Access

Some features of the App may be offered via in-app purchases, subscriptions, or a one-time lifetime unlock.

• Subscriptions: Your Apple ID will be charged at confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID settings. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription.
• Lifetime Purchases: We may offer a one-time "lifetime access" purchase that grants access to all current and/or future premium features. "Lifetime" refers to the life of the App as maintained and offered by us, not the user’s lifetime or device lifespan. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify features included in lifetime access if continuing support is no longer viable. Lifetime purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the App.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, logo, text, and code, is the intellectual property of Saffron de la Rouviere. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

6. User Feedback and Ideas

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the App, you agree that we may use such feedback without compensation, attribution, or obligation to you. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate the feedback into our products and services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saffron de la Rouviere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

10. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your Country or Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
